A CNDH GENERAL DENTIST'S WORK LIFE: 

CNDH general dentists perform general dental procedures and services independently daily but have unwavering support from dental and medical multi-disciplinary team members as needed.

CNDH dentists also have access to a comprehensive referral system to support the various and unique care needs of each patient. A patient’s age may range from very young to elderly making the body of work greatly rewarding and gratifying.

CNDH dentists work in a professional environment with professional industry standards and policies in place to protect all dental professionals and patients.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES

Completed an American Dental Association accredited dental program of either DDS or DMD

Provide documentation of work in active dental practice during the last 12 months or recent completion of an accredited program

Hold current unrestricted state license and eligible for an Oklahoma license

Current unrestricted DEA number. (Preferred)

Certification of in residency program for specialty. (Preferred)
