A CNDH ORAL SURGEON'S WORK LIFE: 

Chickasaw Nation Department of Health (CNDH) oral surgeons perform a full scope of oral maxillofacial surgeries independently daily in a supportive hospital and adjoining dental clinic setting.

CNDH oral surgeons have support and access to dental and medical multi-disciplinary team members as needed with in-house laboratory and imaging services available. Oral surgeons have limited, shared on-call schedules with registered nurses available for conscious sedation cases.

All CNDH dentists and oral surgeons have access to a comprehensive referral system to support the comprehensive care needs of each patient.

CNDH dentists work in a professional rewarding environment with professional industry guidelines, standards and policies in place to protect all dental professionals and patients.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES


Completed an American Dental Association accredited dental program of either DDS or DMD

Provide documentation of work in active dental practice during the last 12 months or recent completion of an accredited program

Hold current unrestricted state license and eligible for an Oklahoma license

Current unrestricted DEA number. (Preferred)

Certification of residency program for specialty. (Preferred)
