SR. PROGRAM MANAGER
1 OPEN POSITION

The Senior Program Manager will develop and implement robust program management systems to drive success. They will establish high standards, secure stakeholder buy-in, analyze benefits and ensure sustained value realization post-program completion.  They will validate objectives, assess feasibility and ensure alignment with strategic plans for maximum impact.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and/or utilize the program management information system, and integrate different processes as needed, to manage program information and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Develop program and project management standards and structure using industry best practices and organizational standards to drive efficiency and consistency among projects and deliver program objectives
  • Negotiate the support of stakeholders, including sponsors, for the program while setting clear expectations and acceptance criteria for the program benefits to achieve and maintain their alignment with the program objectives
  • Identify stakeholders, including sponsors, and create the stakeholder matrix to document their position relative to the program
